Look at This Tap Dancing Fool
Until I saw this video it hadn’t occurred to me that Mitt has been oddly MIA over the whole health care debate. After all, didn’t he have something to do with some health care expansion thing in Massachusetts? Pretty sure he did! So yeah, bet he has some interesting insights into what’s going on in America right now and since he’s trying to be president he would want to be out there debating the issue and letting his voice be heard, right?
Well, no, as is evidenced by this video, wrong. See if you can follow Mitt’s circular logic here, which even by Mitt standards is pretty fucking circular. What happened in Massachusetts is great because it got everyone insured, but that’s not we’re trying to do in America, we’re trying to bring down costs, and they didn’t succeed in bringing costs down in Massachusetts by one penny, mostly because they didn’t offer a public plan and instead let the same expensive bullshit continue to happen, and he hasn’t heard any good ideas for bringing down costs in America, aside from a public plan, which is a bad idea because it will bring down costs while also probably insuring everyone, which isn’t really the goal anyways.
Gotta love that guy.
Also, sorry, I know. I feel greasy too.
