My take on the Daily Caller’s ‘Journolist story’

I think this kind of thing would make me a bit more angry if I hadn’t already seen Outfoxed. The behavior of the Journolist members certainly isn’t condonable, but when you’re up against a lying government mouth piece parading as fair and balanced truth, what do you do? Sit back and maintain a dignified air of objectivity? Or use whatever tools are at your disposal (which are nothing close to the 24/7 orgy of Republican talking points that is Fox News) to combat the craziness.

What happened on Journolist is bad. What happens on Fox is so much worse. Either way, I have a hard time disagreeing with this statement:

Our country disappears people. It tortures people. It has the blood of as many as one million Iraqi civilians — men, women, children, the infirmed — on its hands. You’ll forgive me if I just can’t quite dredge up the requisite amount of outrage over Barack Obama’s pastor.
